Exhibition Participation Specification

1.Participation in the exhibition is open to everyone over the age of 18 national or international parties. There is no participation fee.

2.Work submission and exhibiton will be both physical and online. Participation Certificate for the participants whose works are exhibited and the e-catalogue will be prepared digitally and published on its official site (https://baunillustrationb.wixsite.com/my-site-1).Send your work and application form to the e-mail address below; (baunillustrationbiennial@gmail.com).

 

3.Each participant can participate in the exhibiton with a maximum of one works. Artwork application technique is free. The work was must not have been previously exhibited.

4.The work size must be A3 (297 mm x 420 mm, 300 dpi). When sending the work, the application form must be filled out and sent to the e-mail address together with the digital version of the work. The accepted works will be announced after the jury process. Then The accepted works will be mailed to the address below to be sent to the physical exhibition. Balikesir University Faculty of Fine Arts Department of Graphic Arts Bigadiç Yolu Çağış Campus 10100 Square/Balıkesir

5.Works containing racist, fanatical, pornographic, sexist, defamatory, etc... content will not be exhibited. The submitted works will not be used as a commercial commodity. All participants who participate in the exhibition are deemed to have accepted that their works have no commercial value. The selected works may be published in the event-related announcements, on social media accounts, and on the Balikesir University website.

 

6.The exhibition date is planned for November-December 2024. The exact date and exhibition display method will be announced on the official website and social media after the last participation date. The information regarding the Balikesir University International Illustration Biennial event titled “The Existing Real/Fictional World” such as the last participation date, exhibition date and location, may be rearranged and changed when deemed necessary.
